Job description
Lanier’s Virtual Office Services is looking for remote customer service representatives to join our team.
Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged. We need 100 (1099 agents).
Responsibilities
Handling scripted phone calls in a professional, empathic, and analytical manner.
Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability
Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints.
Qualifications
Customer Service Experience preferred; however, training will be provided.
Must be able to listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions.
